International Film Festival TOFIFEST opens the recruitment of films for competitions of the Festival's sixth edition. TOFIFEST's Grand Prix is Golden Angel and a dozen or so thousand EUR to share. In 2008 the Festival, for the first time, will be held in Summer and will give awards in several competitions. It will be accompanied by many film sections, workshops, concerts, theatrical spectacles, dancing party, and meetings with the stars of European cinema.
TOFIFEST is one of the fastest developing film festivals in Poland. The event focuses on the presentation of feature films, with the emphasis on the young cinema, made outside the commercial system, and on artists' debutes and their second films. Our catchwords are "independent films - independent thinking" and "The festival for dreamers/ ". We present the cinema, which is called by media "an immodest cinema".
